We want you to love every brew, but if you are not completely satisfied with your AeroPress purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all components and accessories.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the AeroPress coffee maker and accessories in the original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
